After most recent update AND responding Allow to Autodiscover prompt: ' Outlook was redirected to the server Autodiscover-s.outlook.com to get new settings for your account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Do you want to allow this server to configure your settings?' I am not sure which caused it, but I stopped being able to send or receive mail and since then I have been stuck in a loop entering my password twice, and being redirected to login page again. 'Authentication cannot be completed' Was on: Outlook for Mac 2016 Build: 1100 Activation Type: Subscription Microsoft AutoUpdate Build: 3.0 Mac OS Version: Version 10.12.6 (Build 16G1212) Audience: Insiders I have tried the suggestion of removing keychain files associated with Exchange, Office, Adal, as seen on different forums, and this has not helped. I removed mail account, removed Outlook, reinstalled, this did not help. I rebooted my machine, did not help. I updated my keychain password, did not help. I tried running the command shown here, it did not help. I installed new Mac OS 10.13.3, did not help. Currently on: Outlook for Mac 2016 Build: 1100 Activation Type: Subscription Microsoft AutoUpdate Build: 3.0 Mac OS Version: Version 10.13.3 (Build 17D47) Audience: Insiders I cannot contact support because keychain access is required. We develop an Outlook app (now called add-in) using html5/js originally for OWA but now it is targeted to all Office Supported Platforms. And indeed, it seems to work on all platforms (ios, safari on mac, windows browsers and outlook) except for Outlook 2016 for Mac.When running inside Outlook 2016 for Mac it behaves very strangely. By default, Outlook 2016 for Mac OS X will sync all IMAP folders. To specify which ones you want to sync, pull down under the Tools menu and select IMAP Folders to bring up the Folder Browser. In the Folder Browser, you will see a list of your accounts in the left pane. I have tried to restore keychain access via the method suggested here I am not being prompted to 'Allow', therefor I cannot restore it. If anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Julie. I do not recall if I allowed autodiscover in the beginning of all of this. But i was never asked to allow it after reinstalling outlook. The account is in good standing according to the administrator, as it pertains to the other things you asked about. I was able to add my account back by choosing to add an outlook.com account vs an office 365 account (see below). I still don't know if this is appropriate or if it is a simply just a band aid for the problem, but it seems to be working fine. There definitely is some kind of redirect loop happening with office 365/outlook 2016 for mac. We still need to try to add another account, as office365 to see if the issue persists. I will do that later today. ---Personal Information Removed by Moderator. Hi Julie, Thanks for your update.
